Her global expertise enables her to bridge the gap between local operational requirements and world-class manufacturing capability.
Passionate about practical engineering solutions, Dianna is committed to helping mining operators achieve safe, efficient and cost-effective outcomes through proven technology and trusted partnerships.
I have been with Atlas Equipment Australia Pty Ltd. since its establishment in 2016 and continue to be actively involved in the company’s growth and operations to this day.
I have over 22 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong focus on slurry pumps, dewatering solutions, and mining equipment for large-scale operations.
Throughout my career, I have held senior roles including Global Marketing Manager and Global Sales Manager, overseeing international markets, key mining clients, and major EPC-driven projects across multiple regions.
My entry into the mining industry was driven by our company’s strategic transformation—from a traditional trading business into a fully integrated manufacturing company producing mining equipment. This transition allowed me to become deeply involved in the technical, operational, and commercial aspects of mining projects worldwide.
One of my key achievements has been the long-term development and maintenance of Atlas Australia’s major strategic clients. Core customers such as Alcoa, Fortescue, MMG, BHP, and Rio Tinto have all been relationships I have personally managed and supported over many years, contributing to Atlas’s strong reputation and repeat business in the Australian market.
Our work is guided by a strong commitment to long-term partnerships, technical reliability, transparency, and customer-focused solutions.
Rather than simply supplying equipment, we aim to understand each client’s operational challenges and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions that improve performance, reliability, and lifecycle value.
While my background is primarily built on extensive hands-on industry experience rather than formal mining certifications, I have spent over two decades working closely with mining operators, EPC contractors, and engineering teams on complex global projects. This practical exposure has given me deep technical and commercial insight into mining pump systems and project execution.
I have been working with Hebei TIIEC Machinery Co., Ltd. For nearly 30 years, where I am primarily responsible for managing global key mining accounts (such as BHP, RIO TINTO, Codelco, Vale, Angloamerican, FMG, MMG and etc. )delivering major international projects, and establishing and managing overseas subsidiaries—including Atlas Australia, Atlas South Africa, and Atlas Peru.
This close integration with our parent company allows me to provide Australian clients with:
Over the past five years, I have successfully delivered multiple large-scale international mining projects, including:
This global project experience enables me to bridge Australian operational requirements with world-class manufacturing capability.
I am passionate about helping mining clients achieve safer, more efficient, and more reliable operations through proven equipment and practical engineering solutions. With extensive experience across Australia, Africa, South America, and Asia, I bring a global perspective while maintaining a strong understanding of local operational needs. My focus has always been on building trust, delivering value, and supporting clients over the full lifecycle of their projects.
