Our Products
Atlas Australia provides a full range of high performance, best-cost slurry pumps and spare parts for optimised productivity. Manufactured in our own advanced manufacturing facilities, the pumps are designed for difficult mining, resources and industrial operations with a focus on strength and longevity at critical wear points.
We are committed to high performance and optimising productivity at Atlas Australia. To us, high performance means you’ll have fewer maintenance shutdowns, fewer parts replaced and an overall lower cost of production. Optimised productivity means you’ll achieve the maximum, or optimum, tonnes per hour, so your processing activities operate continuously, without interruption. Maximising productivity also contributes to lowering the overall cost of production.
Atlas Australia can provide you with hard metal pumps, vertical slurry and sump pumps, dredge pumps, fuel and gas desulfurization pumps, froth pumps, as well as heavy duty rubber lined pumps to suit your needs. Our Atlas Australia technical experts are available to assist you with selecting the most suitable pump for your operations.
We always maintain a full range of spares and replacement parts for all our pumps at our Henderson warehouse in Western Australia. By arrangement, we can organise consignment stock to be delivered to your own warehouse if required.

frequently asked questions
Do you hold slurry pump spare parts in stock in Western Australia?
Yes. We maintain a working spare parts inventory at our Henderson WA facility (7 Contest Link, Henderson WA 6166). Most parts for the INDUX pump range — impellers, liners, throat bushes, expellers, bearing sets, shaft sleeves and seal components — are available for same-week supply. For Perth-based operations, parts can be picked up directly from Henderson. For remote and regional mine sites, we dispatch by freight. If you have an urgent breakdown, call us first on (08) 6295 0382 and we will confirm what is on the shelf before you commit to a freight booking.
What is the lead time for spare parts that are not in stock?
Standard stocked INDUX parts are available within 2–5 business days from Henderson. For non-stocked or custom parts, lead time depends on the component and specification — contact us with your pump model and part details and we will give you a confirmed lead time. For major operations with critical pump duty, we offer a consignment stock program that puts agreed spare parts near your site so lead time is effectively zero for planned maintenance items.
What types of slurry pumps do you supply?
We supply the full INDUX range of horizontal slurry pumps — covering standard duty (WX series), high-head (WXH, SPH, SPL), mill circuit severe duty (WSA), froth (WXF/WLF/WAF), gravel and dredge (WGH), medium abrasion (WMP), and FGD/sewage duty (WDL). We also supply INDUX cantilever sump pumps (VC series) and LINTEC submersible slurry and drainage pumps. Hard metal and rubber-lined wet ends are available across most models. If you have an application that doesn’t fit a standard model, contact our team — we can advise on the right configuration or source to order.
Can you supply wear parts for pumps that are not INDUX brand?
In many cases, yes. INDUX wet end parts are dimensionally compatible with equivalent frames from a number of OEM manufacturers. Send us your pump model number and size designation (e.g. 6/4 AH, 8/6 MM) and we will confirm whether our parts will fit and what the availability looks like. This is a common request from sites that are running a mixed fleet and want to consolidate their parts supply.
How do I know whether to use a hard metal or rubber-lined pump for my application?
The main factors are slurry pH, particle size and slurry velocity. Hard metal (high-chrome alloy) performs best in high-abrasion, neutral-pH slurry — iron ore tailings, mill discharge, cyclone feed. Rubber-lined pumps perform better in acidic slurry (pH below 5) where hard metal corrodes rapidly — gold and copper leach circuits, coal slurry. Polyurethane is used in lower-velocity, lower-abrasion applications. If you send us your slurry parameters — density, particle size, pH, flow rate and head — our team will confirm the right wet end material and model for your duty. Getting the material right at the start is the single biggest factor in wear life between rebuilds.
Do you offer pump repair and servicing
Yes. Our Henderson facility includes a fully equipped maintenance workshop. We carry out wet end rebuilds, bearing assembly replacements, shaft inspections and seal servicing. Most pump repairs are turned around within 48 hours. If your schedule is tight, call us before you ship the pump so we can confirm current workshop availability and prioritise your job accordingly.
Which mining companies use Atlas pumps?
Alcoa, BHP, Fortescue, Vale and MMG are among the operations that have sourced pumps and spare parts from Atlas. Our pumps are running in iron ore, gold, copper and alumina circuits across WA. If you need a reference for a vendor panel assessment or supplier qualification process, contact us and we can discuss what information we are able to provide.
Are Atlas pumps ISO certified?
Our parent company, Hebei TIIEC Machinery Company, holds ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety) certifications. These apply to the manufacturing operations that produce the INDUX range. Copies of the certificates are available on request — contact us at [email protected].
