Technical Service & Support

If required, our Hebei-based technical experts can travel to your operational site or engineering location to help.
Manufacture
Our parent company, TIIEC, specialises in the manufacture of high-quality slurry pumps and spare parts at its modern and quality controlled manufacturing facility in Hebei, China to meet Australian specifications and demand. TIIEC has built advanced manufacturing facilities to accommodate the assembly and testing of slurry pumps. We encourage our clients to visit these facilities to ensure their satisfaction with our products.
Maintenance & Servicing
Atlas Australia has a fully equipped slurry pump service centre located in Henderson, Western Australia, where our customers can send their slurry pumps for rapid servicing and repairs. Our trained technical fitters ensure that pumps are serviced or repaired quickly and returned to full operation as soon as possible.
Atlas Australia also offers its customers a full rotables service, so that slurry operations are not adversely impacted. Restoring slurry pumps to a serviceable condition through a rotables process can be a useful tool to help our customers manage costs and minimise plant downtime.
Research & Development
Our parent company is continually looking at developing new pumping solutions and service options. This is achieved through manufacturing improvements, metallurgy, new product development, performance monitoring tools and process improvement. By increasing options through research and development, we contribute to lower overall costs for our customers.
Reliable Pump Supply
We carry a full range of high quality slurry pumps and spare parts from our warehouse in Henderson, Western Australia. We have sufficient inventory to ensure that pumps and spares are always available to support your Australian operations. If required, Atlas Australia can work with customers to provide consignment stock, or we will establish a warehouse near your operations for high volume demand.
